The Balanced Mom Method

is a 1:1 nutrition coaching for moms who want to feel better, feed their kids with confidence, and stop stressing about food. 

✨ WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 3 months of personalized nutrition support

  • 1:1 coaching (60-min initial + 30-min follow-ups)

  • Ongoing text support & check-ins

  • Monthly group “Happy Hour” support calls

  • Personalized meal plan (Month 1)

  • Meal prep templates to simplify your week

  • Exercise guidance tailored to your energy and schedule

  • Lab review if needed (lab costs not included)

This three-month program includes:  

Month 1: Foundation & Support

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions (60 min first session, 30 min follow-ups)

  • Build sustainable eating rhythms

  • Personalized meal plan tailored to your life and preferences

  • Gentle exercise guidance that fits motherhood

  • Ongoing support via text for questions and check-ins

Goal: Create clarity, confidence, and relief around food.

Month 2: Consistency & Confidence

  • 1:1 sessions every two weeks (30 min each)

  • Adjust nutrition based on real-life feedback

  • Continue text support and check-ins

  • Monthly group “Happy Hour” call to share wins & struggles

Goal: Strengthen habits without pressure or perfection.

Month 3: Independence & Sustainability

  • One 1:1 session (30 min)

  • Troubleshoot challenges and refine routines

  • Focus on long-term sustainability and confidence
