I am Ana Sofia Abbud, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist

A little about myself :

  • I love food and I want you to learn to love it as well.

  • I got into nutrition as a teenager when dealing with my own health issues. It was during this time that I truly understood the immense power food holds in shaping our health. Determined to spread awareness, I started my path of studying Human Nutrition, driven by the desire to share this vital message with the world!

I know how much moms carry — because I’m living it too.

I’m Ana Sofia, a mom of three who cares deeply about nourishing her family while also trying to take care of herself. I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition can support kids’ growth and development, and how easily moms put their own needs last in the process.

​

For me, nutrition has never been about perfection. It’s about creating meals and habits that support energy, confidence, and well-being in real life; busy days, picky eaters, and all.

​

Alongside my own experience as a mom, I’ve spent the last seven years working with women and families, helping them simplify nutrition and feel more confident around food. I don’t believe in strict diets or guilt-driven rules. I believe nutrition should support your life, not complicate it.

My role is to guide and support you with realistic, evidence-based strategies so you can stop stressing about food, nourish your body well, and feel confident feeding your family.
